You owe it to yourself to learn these simple timesavers

Using the "Ctrl" key on your keyboard shouldn't be scary. It's quite simple really (e.g. holding "Ctrl" and then pressing "T" = new browser tab!). The very conveniently placed ctrl key makes surfing the web and all kinds of other things much easier.

Suggestion: Try sprinkling just ONE "Ctrl" command into your routine per month (e.g Ctrl + T, then typing "sheet.new"). I trust you'll quickly appreciate how using "Ctrl" quickly simplifies how you control your computer — because it is possible to do anything on a computer without a mouse and the controls!

Get this guide for easy-to-master keyboard tricks that will help you work and play smarter when on the computer (and we'll do smartphone productivity tips later).

Try Right Now: Hold "Ctrl + Shift" then press "T" while in your browser.

Note: If you're on Mac you'll need to use "Command" vs. "Ctrl". The premium price for Mac devices doesn’t just stop at the price tag but eh for many that premium is worth it so good on you.

A few more shortcuts to get you started right now

Give this a try right now:

  1. Press "Ctrl +T": This will open a new tab
  2. Type into the address bar "deathtobullshit.com"
  3. Right click on the tab and "pin" it to your browser so you can reference the wise words as needed
